Overview¶

BugSeq outputs a set of actionable results and processed data for every analysis. Results files are available under analysis history. Example results, for which this tutorial is based, are available at our demo.

Interactive Reports¶

A summary of the analysis is found in the interactive summary report. A per-sample report is generated for each sample detected in the submitted data.

Both the summary report and per-sample reports are generated with MultiQC. For a general review of all features in these reports, we refer the reader to the MultiQC documentation.
